Naval Vessels in Reserve: The Shilo, a Gettysburg Class battle cruiser, which has been refit. The missile silos were removed and a large helicopter landing deck was installed in order to support an amphibious landing.

Ship Construction Projects: The Rosa Parks, the only George Washington Carver Flight III Class cruiser has undergone significant design changes from the first two flights. The Rosa Parks will be nuclear powered and will have an advanced air search radar system. The project is currently stalled because the Navy has no need for her. Three destroyers were laid down and one hull has been finished. They are meant to be Coast Guard cutters to patrol Loomisapanian coastal areas. There will be some significant armament.
